"Moone Boy" is a comedy TV series set in rural Ireland during the late 1980s and early 1990s. The show follows the adventures of Martin Moone, a young boy with an overactive imagination, as he navigates life with his eccentric family and best friend, Sean Murphy.

The series stars Chris O'Dowd as Sean's imaginary friend, who appears to him as a wisecracking, often mischievous, version of himself. David Rawle plays Martin, the imaginative and curious protagonist, while Deirdre O'Kane and Peter McDonald portray his parents, Debra and Liam Moone.
