After her drug addicted prostitute Mother and child molester Stepfather are arrested, Vanessa runs away to find her estranged Grandmother. This is when Bob played by Kiefer Sutherland (24 The Series), a seemingly decent guy, offers Vanessa a lift. However Bob is in really a pedophilic serial killer searching for his next victim.
When Vanessa realizes Bob is the I-5 killer, a frenzied confrontation follows and she shoots him three times. Miraculously Bob survives, is put back together minus a few pieces and proceeds to unleash his
