Officer Matt "Maniac Cop" Cordell's is back from the grave for the third time and this time he wants to date. Somebody sweet, tender... and dead. Katie Sullivan is gunned down in a hostage rescue attempt and ends up in a coma. The corrupt Police Commissioner suggests it would be best for everybody if she never woke up, but Detective Sean McKinney is determined to prove her innocence.
