While on an airplane, female gangster Victoria Galletti (Mercedes Ruehl) decides to stash $1 million in dirty money in the luggage of Raj Lukla (Chaim Jerrafi), a foreigner visiting his nephew. Galletti recruits her henchmen to retrieve the money, but things don't go according to plan. Inept gangster DeSalvo (Joe Mantegna) embarks on a wild goose chase with partner Quinn (Paul Hipp). As the pair goof up apartment numbers, a cunning canine sniffs out the money.
