Returning to his lower-class Staten Island home with only $40 to his name, Joey hopes to stay with his brother Tommy (Russo), a small-time drug dealer and his wife Lorraine (Unger), a striptease dancer. Lorraine reluctant at first, warms to Joey's kind nature, but realises that all is not what it seems. As a a dark secret comes to light, Joey and Tommy are headed for a collision.
