Jackie Chan is a Young Tiger in the streets of 1960's Hong Kong. A Young Tiger is the leader of a gang, his boss is one of the main importers of illegal drugs to the area, but their operation is in jeopardy as a former member who wants out, uses photos of their crimes to buy her way out. Jackie must find her and get the film to save the gang and their lives. Incriminating evidence is also left in a cab when a gang member is found deceased inside. The gang chases the innocent cab driver, who receives help from the dead gangster's sister - a tough police woman.
